Contact form. If you get in touch through our contact form, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, work email address, company and your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about our products. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and marketing our business to prospective customers. You can opt out of follow-up at any time by emailing us.

Site analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, referral source, country, device type). Plausible does not use cookies and does not store personal data or persistent identifiers; the data we see is aggregated. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Fillout (Restly, Inc., our contact form provider), which processes and stores form submissions on our behalf in the United States.

Plausible Analytics (site analytics), which hosts data in the EU.

Our hosting and email providers, as needed to run the site and respond to you.

These providers act on our instructions under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.

Contact form submissions are transferred to and stored in the United States by Fillout. We rely on our data processing agreement with Fillout, which incorporates the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as the safeguard for this transfer.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete or anonymise them within 24 months of our last contact with you unless we have a legal reason to keep them longer. Analytics data is aggregated and not linked to you.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these, email privacy@klaaro.io.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
